The Office of the Vice President for Student Success oversees Indiana University’s commitment to fostering the educational, personal, and professional success of its students—both during their time at IU and beyond.

By providing comprehensive oversight of IU’s student success strategy, enrollment services, strategic initiatives, accreditation policies, institutional analytics, and IU Online, the office plays a pivotal role in advancing the university’s core missions of teaching, research, and service, while continuously enhancing the student experience.

The Academic and Career Success area is responsible for creating and implementing initiatives addressing the needs of all IU students, especially in relation to navigating the student experience from pre-admission to post-graduation.
